In 2016-2017, the State Employment Service procured from IQusion IT LLC with a value over UAH 36 million, of which over 16 million either have no documentary confirmation of the work performed or the contractor cannot prove the expenses incurred under the agreements.

It is stated in the text of the investigation that `These criminal acts, committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons, are subject to the criminal offenses under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (appropriation, embezzlement or seizure of property by abuse of office on a large scale) and Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (abuse of power or office entailing grave consequences)`.
IQusion ITÂ LLC is involved in several criminal proceedings on the grounds of criminal violations regarding embezzlement of public funds and abuse of office of persons with whom contracts were concluded as a result of procurement.
Public detectives have already filed a criminal complaint with the NABU.
