The idea of establishing Public Service Hall was originally initiated in Georgia. Firstly, its purpose is to issue documents and render services the exclusive right which is owned by the state. Which has a main function to significantly simplify the relationship between citizens and the public sector through prompt and effective steps.
In 2015, IDF in partnership with Kyiv regional administration launched a project of first Ukrainian public service hall. As a result, on September 2016, it was opened after 8 months of intensive work. Public service hall “Gotovo” is providing 200 public services in 9 different administrative directions.
HACC was established on April 11, 2019 and handed down first sentence on October 30. Importantly, the bill is developed in close cooperation with the Venice Commission, the European Union and the International Monetary Fund. Consequently, it is the first independent court from any political or other influences in Ukraine.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine was established in Ukraine in 2014.

The Bureau is a state law enforcement agency with the key objective of preventing, exposing, stopping, investigating and solving corruption-related offenses committed by high officials, and averting new ones.
In November 2015, Innovations and Development Foundation began working on the next generation of the decentralized, blockchain-based e-Auction system. The platform is built for supporting non-corrupt, transparent privatization process of state and regional property, land, and enterprises. The system is completely self-sustainable as profit for electronic trade platforms comes from users through registration payments.
​The first phase of the project was launched in cooperation with the President’s Administration of Ukraine, various governmental bodies and several regions of Ukraine in June 2016.
Georgian experts led by IDF founder Georgi Vashadze participated in establishing of Open Procurement 2.0, a public e-procurement system better known as ProZorro.
