GOTOVO

IDF in partnership with Kyiv regional administration, launched a project of the first Ukrainian public service hall "Gotovo", in 2015. As a result, it was opened after 8 months of intensive work, in September 2016. Public service hall “Gotovo” provides 200 public services in 9 different administrative directions.

“Gotovo” is special because of its speed of service delivery. Most documents can be obtained in as little as 30 minutes. Besides, "Gotovo" Works without days off and breaks for lunch. Additionally, “Gotovo’s” staff assists customers, diminishing rates of unnecessary mistakes.

Navigation is extremely simple at “Gotovo”. Recepcionist greets visitors, who can instruct them and inform about issues. Besides, the hall has several spaces, including: Real estate, marriage registration and other services areas. Interestingly, the average service time is 20 minutes. Additionally, there is a café with summer terrace.

Gotovo’s main function is to significantly simplify the relationship between citizens and the public sector through prompt and effective steps. The concept of Gotovo is based on the principle of “one-stop-shop”. Which means receiving more than 200 types of services in a single place in the shortest period of time. Moreover, Gotovo is acknowledged as a success story due to its innovative model of providing diversified services. Also, due to its atmosphere, growing professionalism of the staff and developing technological progress in Ukraine.
