Following the WikiInvestigation submission a report of violence,the NAPC will check the declaration of the acting head of the State Employment Service Valeriy Yaroshenko for 2017.
This is stated in the NAPC's response to a report of a crime committed.
The NAPC stated that `The National Agency will decide to conduct a full review of the declaration for 2017, submitted by the acting head of the State Employment Service (Central Office) Mr. Yaroshenko VS, in accordance with a certain priority.`
The NAPC also added that while checking Yaroshenko's declaration, they will consider all information provided by the WikiInvestigation public detectives.
We recall that public detectives during the investigation `Wild Grapes` found out that the head of the SES has an undeclared estate in the Golosiyivskiy district of Kyiv on the Lyubomirsky street, registered as the property of his wife.
In addition, public detectives found out that, according to the State Register of Real Property Rights, the full namesake of Yaroshenko`s wife - Yevgenia Yaroshenko received an apartment of 80 square meters as a gift on the Boulevard of the Verkhovna Rada in April this year.
It is necessary to add that, according to article 366-1 of the Criminal Code, the submission by the declaring entity of deliberately false information in the declaration is punishable by a fine of two thousand five hundred to three thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or community service for a term of one hundred fifty to two hundred and forty hours, or imprisonment for up to two years with the deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
